Pur-Sang is an all-female duo lighting up stages across the French-speaking world and beyond. Skye (vocals, guitar, kick) and Claire Joseph (vocals, bass, piano) craft a poetry that is at once tender and unflinching - a genuine gust of fresh air sweeping across the French music scene.
Beneath the gentleness of the melodies lies a fierce hunger for life lived joyfully, even from the darkest depths. A refusal to give up, a relentless drive to bring people together and believe in better tomorrows. That way of reaching for the light against all odds commands real respect.
Their presence - calm yet intense - along with their warmth and their urge to share, works like a balm. The duo released its debut album, Chaos Sublime, on 13 May 2022.
