In 2024, King Krab return with Tomorrow Can Wait, a brand-new ten-track album that is pop to its core. Powered by a wall of vintage synthesizers and drum machines, the record borrows passionately from the 80s and 90s, with the nostalgia of those decades setting the stage for the Derrez brothers' new songs.

The themes are wide-ranging but share a common thread: adolescence and everything that comes with it. First sexual experiences, discovering drugs and school bullying sit side by side with lighter territory, like holiday romances, the friendzone and high-school memories.

The result makes you want to rewatch the Back to the Future trilogy or dust off the old Megadrive. And that's exactly the point: with King Krab, nostalgia turns into a celebration.
